In 2019, Lilian left her native Kenya to answer God's call to serve in Cambodia. At the time, she had only $40 per month in financial support. During her journey to Cambodia, God providentially connected her with an additional supporter, enabling her to secure an apartment in Phnom Penh—a home that would soon become the center of a growing ministry.

Immediately after arriving, Lilian opened the garage-sized ground floor of her apartment to neighborhood children, creating an after-school outreach that provided tutoring, snacks, and Bible teaching. From that ministry, a church was planted that continues to serve the community today.

​

Over the years, Lilian's ministry has expanded to include evangelism, discipleship, church planting, counseling, and leadership development. She also teaches English through a holistic, Christ-centered approach and works to bring reconciliation and healing within families.

​

Alongside these ministries, Lilian ministers to the sick, visits hospitals and prisons, helps children return to school, and assists families in need, often opening her home to those who have nowhere else to turn. During the COVID pandemic, she organized food distributions for struggling neighbors and continues to care for vulnerable people in tangible ways.

Lilian serves in leadership at a Phnom Penh-area church, helps establish another church in Kampong Speu Province, and helps launch a fellowship of more than 30 pastors committed to bringing the Gospel to unreached communities throughout Cambodia.
