Faith Bible church is excited to partner with our missionaries Toby and Jen Lee in Tirana, Albania. The Lees serve in Tirana the capital city using professional and business training and consulting as a platform to attract leaders, build relationships, disciple, and share the Gospel.

OUR INTENTION: We want to build an outward-facing movement of Christian business leaders, equipping them with practical business skills and Christ-centered leadership that together become a catalyst for advancing the Gospel and growing God's Kingdom. OUR LOGIC: Business capability + Christ-centered leadership → greater influence and impact → Gospel advancement → Kingdom growth. OUR PITCH: Your business success gives you influence. Christ-centered leadership gives that influence purpose. Intentional disciple-making multiplies the impact. OUR CLARITY: Business excellence isn't bait to get people to hear the Gospel. It is the mission itself.

A team of U.S. Christian businessmen will be sharing their experience, skills, and advice with believing and non-believing Albanian business owners & leaders, opening the door to both business and gospel conversations in this majority Muslim country.

We welcome anyone interested in sharing their expertise, tools, resources, or best practices.
